About Us

A deeper look at the philosophy, approach, and community that drive Summer Fit.

About Summer Fit

With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach—and a lifetime spent as a competitive athlete—I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of people. From professional athletes to pregnant women, from older adults to young athletes just starting out, I’ve seen firsthand that anyone can become stronger, fitter, and more capable with the right approach.

My core philosophy is simple:

A strong and healthy body is the foundation for mental, spiritual, and intellectual wellbeing.

When your body functions well, every other part of life elevates.

My Approach

Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in strength training, mobility development, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. These experiences shaped the Summer Fit program. While building strength and muscle is essential, it’s only one part of complete readiness. Mobility, conditioning, and resilience are what keep you moving, performing, and living without pain.

This program is built on a combination of science, proven methods, and real-world coaching experience. If you follow it consistently and attend the classes, you will progress—and you will reach your goals. And, it is affordable.

More Than a Program—A Community

Summer Fit is more than a training space—it’s a supportive, welcoming community. We work hard together, push each other, and celebrate progress as a team. And after the hard work is done, we take time to socialise, connect, and enjoy the journey. Whether it’s a quick chat after class or casual weekend catch-ups, you’ll feel part of a group that motivates, encourages, and makes training something to look forward to.

Personal Support When You Need It

For anyone needing extra guidance, I offer one-on-one consultations where we can assess your current abilities, set personalised goals, and design a plan that aligns with your needs and lifestyle. Personal training sessions are available—though limited—so reach out early.

Let’s get things rolling for the new year: new goals, new beginnings, and a stronger, healthier life.
